During this one-hour experience, your guide will introduce the farming practices, seasonal rhythms, and decisions that influence how we grow and cook food across our three restaurants. You’ll walk through the paddocks, learn how soil health and seasonality shape flavour, and gain a sense of how the farm supports everything that reaches our kitchens. Along the way, guests have the opportunity to forage from the garden and spend time with our resident rabbits, offering a hands-on connection to the farm.
